We match all of our clients to a Producer. Digital Village Producers oversee every aspect of a project, and take personal and extreme responsibility for project delivery.
Deliver Outcomes Quickly & Regularly
Projects are delivered using our 20DAY framework, which combines principles of design thinking, lean and agile development practices to bridge the gap between people and technology.
The Producer works closely with the Client to normalise the data and humanise the findings of the iteration to then collaborate on a plan for what should be done next.
With a plan in place, the next iteration begins to test a new hypothesis, trial a new feature or begin the next development sprint. The Producer collaborates with the cross functional teams to flesh out the solution and build the solution.
Appropriate strategies for collecting feedback and data from what has been built is carried out until there is enough evidence to form a conclusion and validate the solution (or not).

Case Study – CRED Global
CRED is an organisation that provides individuals and organisations to lead a more simple, high performing and impactful existence. They do this through on-premise facilitations and a mobile application to make the learning and development become habitual through goal setting. Enabling each user a way to set and track their respective goals.
Users are assigned daily / weekly actions to achieve their goals.
Users can record the status of their action every day – Mark ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to indicate whether the action is completed or not and rate the action.
Users can check-in on their energy levels, their feelings and describe their thoughts.
Users receive push notifications twice a day to remind them of the action they’ve committed to, and to record their action in the app.
Users can select the push notification time using settings options.
