About the Customer

Imagine Corporation is a new-age loyalty and reward platform that promotes fundraising via philanthropy and corporate sponsorships. It encourages consumers to use their earnt points for a purpose by introducing sustainable fundraising streams that do not detract or divert from traditional charitable sources.

Essentially acting as a ‘bank’ administering fundraising on behalf of participating community organizations. Its mission is to automate cause-related marketing in partnership with a commercial enterprise and, in so doing, address identifiable social needs utilising legacy points balances as ‘fuel’.

 

The Challenges

The challenge for Imagine Corporation’s Cheif Executive, Stan, and his team was bringing their vision to life through an interactive online experience. This multi-platform project required top-level developers and tools, unfortunately, “access to the level of expertise we required in a full-time format was unaffordable.”

 

This challenge is something that many SME face “we have to work within our budget and within our ability to be able to deliver.” With innovative ideas and little technical capability, Digital Village helps start-ups build their dreams without “lock-in contracts,” high commission rates and hidden costs.

The Solution

When Digital Village came on board “we had access to someone who was able to identify what our needs and what type of person or skill level was necessary to fulfil our requirements…It was crucial – that we had the right people doing the right thing.”

 

The Producer was immersed in the customers business and became very much part of the team. Held together by a strong relationship with the clients, the producer developed an intimate knowledge of the business, its stakeholders, its vision and future. The Producer was able to understand the mission of the business and the value proposition to its customers and translate that vision and value proposition into a technology solution to be realised and experience by customers online.
